Gilbert Arenas will be in the Footlocker Three-Point Shootout for All-Star Saturday Night in Las Vegas for the second consecutive year. Last year, he finished 2nd to Dirk Nowitzki. If he wants to win it, he will have some stiff competition. Not only will Dirk be back, but Damon Jones will also be part of the field. The same Damon Jones that has been openly offering two guarantees if his three-year long quest to be invited to the 3-Point Shootout over All-Star Weekend is answered. That it’ll be entertaining and he’ll win it.
According to Gilbert’s blog,he has been practicing for the past two weeks. If Gilbert can shoot 3-pointers as good as he shoots 1 handed college 3-pointers, this could be one of the better 3-point contests in years.

why r u hating..if u was a true gilbert fan u would kno that he writes in his blog and said that he will be practicing to win the 3 point shootout this year….duh?

Who says I’m hating? I love Gilbert Arenas and read his blog all the time. Official news has not yet been released, but because he was the runner up last year Gil is confident he will be in this one. I think he will be too. We just have to wait for the official list to see if he’s made it. Even if he doesn’t, I’m just so happy for him, as are many of us, that he made the team as a starter. He deserves it more than anyone.
So as you can see, I have nothing but love for Agent Zero. I run an NBA Forum and have an MVP Campaign going for our favorite player, so don’t even go there with me. You want to question who’s a true fan…look in the mirror

Your point being what? I’ve seen every game as well, and have a pic of his game winning shot vs. Utah autographed. I got it in person when the Wizards visited San Antonio.
Not to brag, cause as we know true fanship isn’t comparing who has the most junk.

first off he has a hurt knee u dumb asses and second if kobe wasnt hurt he would of won the three point shoot out but of course sharp shooter jason kapono won. how would he be in the three point shoot out if he barley played an games haaa u guys are so stupid
