As you may already know, the game today against Portland won’t be seen anywhere because of ABC’s exclusive rights to games played between 1 p.m and 6 p.m.

Gilbert, I love you. However, you’ve been very streaky this year. I guess that’s expected from a pure shooter.

I’m just glad the Wizards don’t play Phoenix or Portland for the rest of the year. Someone needs to sit Gil down and tell him that the final Olympic roster is chosen by a committee and not the coaches. Quit the guarantees and revenge tactics. He is too damn good to mess with that. He’s having a monster season. An MVP season if you will. I think that speaks enough.

Saw the game at Verizon and read Gil’s criticism of Coach Jordan. Gil, before you become a superstar, you need to grow up. Coach may have asked the team to emphasize defense, but I don’t understand how that is responsible for you missing 12 of 15 shots, many of them open looks.
Stop acting like a spoiled brat and stifle the bragging until you’ve got a championship ring.

uh, dude, gilbert’s my boy and all, but he wanted to yesterday and he ended up with NINE. Gil plays great when people don’t believe in him and he looks to just let it rip. When he makes guarantees or announces showdowns, he takes it all too seriously and gets *wrecked*
