In the latest issue of SLAM (June 2007, #108), Gilbert has a small section towards the end of the magazine called “Tech Corner”. If you haven’t read it yet, a quick summary of the article:

• Gilbert doesn’t really sit down and type his blog posts. He calls someone at NBA.com and tells them what he wants to say
• Gilbert doesn’t really read other blogs or websites
• Gilbert travels with a laptop on the road to check in and update his MySpace page
• Gilbert has a llady on the Wizards do the actual posting of pictures and stuff of his MySpace page, he just tells her what he wants and sometimes sends her pictures from his laptop
• Gilbert doesn’t have a Blackberry. He has a regular cell phone
• Gilbert ignores any calls from numbers he doesn’t know. So he’s mostly just ignorning calls
• Gilbert plays online video games on his XBox 360
• Gilbert mainly plays Halo 2 but also NBA 2K7, NBA Live, and Madden
• Gilbert got into Halo 5 years ago but still has not improved that much
• Gilbert has seven plasma screen TV’s in his house and two movie screens
• Gilbert leaves the TV in the living room on all the time just for background noise even though he doesn’t watch it that much
