Gilbert Arenas and the Orlando Magic

In today’s Orlando Sentinel, Tim Povtak writes that the Orlando Magic should wait for and sign Gilbert Arenas when he becomes a free agent.

If the Magic can sign Milicic to a reasonable contract this summer — and even after an extension for Dwight Howard — they can juggle the roster to create enough salary room next summer to make Arenas-in-a-Magic-uniform a reality for the 2008-09 season.

By the summer of 2008, Arenas will be tired of playing on a team without a decent center, and beating his head against the wall with little hope of going deep in the playoffs with the Wizards.

I guess Tim Povtak does not read Gilbert’s blog!
