As for his performance:

Maybe, but he was clearly still favoring one leg. “Trust that knee, Gil, leave your feet!!!” one guy yelled from the front row, but Gil didn’t, not very often. He dunked during layup lines, but in the game he didn’t score for the first 11 minutes, and ended the first half with (I think) six points on three-of-seven shooting. He airballed a three, was stuffed by the rim on a layup, was blocked by “The Unknown Dude,” and, to a casual observer who knew nothing of the NBA or knee injuries, probably appeared to be Alldaz’s fourth-best player

As you may remember, a while back there was a post about Gilbert’s chances of becoming an actor someday, and while we still might not know whether or not that will actually happen someday, at least we now know what he’d look like in the top movie in America right now:

I love the NBA, watching people like Gilbert Arenas score in 80 different ways does the same thing a viagra pill would do for me.

And that is why NBA games don’t last 4 hours, otherwise many Wizards fans would have to consult their doctors on a regular basis.

According to the The Goodman League website, the game that was suppose to feature Gilbert Arenas and Kevin Durant has been rescheduled to today, Monday, July 30th at 7 PM EST.

If you haven’t noticed already, there is a tracker on the sidebar here where you can get an estimate on how many shots Gilbert has made towards his goal of 100,000 made shots in 73 days. While it’s probably not exact, at least you can get a rough idea of where Gilbert stands (or is suppose to stand).

Update (Aug 1st): Gilbert updated on his blog that he has made 19,570 in 13 days. The tracker has been updated based on that information.
