Shark Attack Fallout

The blogosphere is abuzz after Gilbert’s shark attack comments in his latest blog entry. Here are some reactions from around the net:

  • Deadspin - “Seriously: We’re not sure we’re ever gonna like a professional athlete more than we like Gilbert Arenas.”
  • D.C. Sports Bog - “I can buy that. But what is it called when a shark “attacks” a seal, or a walrus, or whatever other sea-dwelling creatures sharks attack? Riddle me that one, Gil.”
  • SLAM Online - “Gil’s latest blog post is outstanding. As always, the entry defies logic and explanation”
  • Hog Blogger - “…his newest entry was perhaps the most insightful thing we’ve heard in quite sometime.”
  • The Short Fat Kid - “Totally random and hilarious.”
  • WIKI_RADICAL - “And that, my friends, is why I love Agent Zero.”
  • Back Home - “In a world of sterilized press conferences and athletes coached by the agents, he is incredibly refreshing. Odd, but refreshing.”
  • Nothing official, but I think it’s fairly safe to say that Wizznutzz will have a shirt about this soon.
  • Finally, Skin Patrol offers a rebuttal over at Bullets Forever.

Make sure to check out the forums, where the debate has begun about who is right, and what constitutes a shark attack.
