Shark Attack Inspiration

While Gilbert’s quip is highly entertaining, it’s not completely original. That credit belongs to Ian Edwards of the Kings Bad Boys of Comedy, you can check out the original take here (heavy language warning):

Actually Ian Edwards stole that joke from my dad who’s says the same thing everytime there is a story on a shark attack. Its just common sense. People are acting like it was a real joke.

Does Ian Edwards know your dad? Is he that comedian we should know about but, just hasn’t had that big break?

If so… did you upload it on youtube to prove your point?

Speaking of youtube…did you see the Ian Edwards clip…where he told the joke on national television in front of a packed audience and people laughed??

He didn’t tell it to his son…he told it to the audience in front of him and to the millions of people who watched it on TV and to thousands more that are watching it now.

Sounds like a real joke to me.
