NBA.com conducted a survey of the 44 rookies in attendance at a recent photo shoot. When asked what NBA player they most looked forward to facing in the oncoming season 24.4% said Kobe Bryant, followed by Shaq who took in 12%. Several other players garnered votes such as: Tim Duncan, LeBron James, Steve Nash, Chris Paul, Ryan Gomes, and J.J. Redick.

No one voted for Gilbert Arenas.

The rookie class will learn and mature as the season goes on but they’ve already learned that going up against Agent Zero is not something that they should be getting excited for.
