Gilbert Could Possibly Play Tonight

Ivan Carter has the latest update on Gil’s status:

Guard Gilbert Arenas didn’t rule himself out of tonight’s game against the Detroit Pistons at Verizon Center, but he didn’t rule out making his comeback either.

It still looks more likely that Gilbert will comeback during the Western road trip that starts Tuesday in Portland, but Gilbert has always had a flair for the dramatic, so don’t count out a chance for Gilbert to make his return in front of the home crowd for a big game against the Pistons tonight.

    Don’t forget…
not only is this the last homegame before the big road trip, but it’s also a game that’ll be on national tv. This leads me to believe that tonight will be his return game, a great surprise and treat for us Wizards fans.
