During the Wizards-Sonics telecast on FSN Northwest, Sonics play-by-play announcer Kevin Calabro mentioned that Gilbert connected on 8 of his 10 shots from mid court.  Whatever it is that’s keeping Gil out of the lineup clearly has nothing to do with his shooting ability, or at least his mid court shooting ability.
