The Washington Post is reporting that Gilbert was cleared on Saturday, but hasn’t yet set a date for his return.  This quote from Arenas would make it seem like we might have to wait another week possibly before we see him on the court:

“My feeling is, I’m all ready to go out there and play, and mentally I’m past that fear of getting hurt again and now you’re telling me I can’t play?” Arenas said the night of the Pistons game. “So I’m thinking that if you tell me a week, I need to take two weeks and make sure.”

Of course, there are some theories on why Gilbert might not be playing tonight, but as of right now, no official reason has been stated.  We’ll keep you updated as new details come along.
