This video comes from NBA Fit, which does features on the workout regimens of different NBA Players, including Gilbert Arenas, who they focus on for the first three and a half minutes of this clip. All the footage comes from last off-season, where he was coming off of knee surgery and was still on the quest to make 100,000 shots in 73 days.
After watching that, I’m kind of scared to see what Gilbert does for a workout when he’s fully healthy. I also have a newfound respect for Gilbert’s trainer, Drew Cleary. Talk about being on call 24/7.

you know after watching all 4 of the guys train (deng, gilbert, farmar, davis) i thought deng had the best/most grueling workout.
although anything big baby glen davis did was probably felt a hell of a lot more exhausting to him

Yeah, I think Deng probably had the hardest workouts of the four for sure. I think because of his position, the Bulls needed to work on his strength more than with Arenas and Farmar, since raw strength isn’t as vital to success for a point guard.
I couldn’t agree more about Glen Davis. It was almost hard to watch him workout.
