If Gilbert Arenas is healthy enough to play, there should be no reason for him
not to play; and I think he loves the game enough to realize that. Plus, the
Wizards need to get used to playing with Arenas again and the only way to do
that properly is to play in an actual game with him. Finally, as he just signed
a huge new contract, he owes it to the team and to his fans to honor that
contract and play whenever and as hard as he can.

Gilbert Arenas sent a text message to Comcast SportsNet that said:

“I’m playing Saturday against Detroit”

But when asked about it after the team’s morning shootaround, Arenas said:

“It’s only true if I play on Saturday”

Saturday can’t come soon enough!

I want to see Gil back because everyone around me thinks he’s a zero this season
=(. I just want him to prove them how wrong they are. Just hit one game winner
and then shut it down after that! Besides.. the NBA is getting so boring with
all this D-wade, Lebron, Kobe talk. Show them what a REAL jumpshot is.

i want to see him comeback because he’s my favorite player, the league is not
the same with him playin and in my opinion he’s the best player in the world.
and most of all there’s no one thats funny without him

i want Gilbert Arenas to come back because besides him being my favorite player,
i think that Gilbert has the power to win a chip.
Last season they made it to the playoffs but got eliminated and Gilbert didn’t
play all the games. Also, who doesn’t wanna see Gilbert hit a couple buzzer
beaters and maybe score another 60 or more points against Kobe and the Lakers.
