Gilbert needs your vote! (No, not for that…yet) Gilbert has been nominated for Best Celebrity Blog in the 2007 Weblog Awards. Right now, Arenas leads the vote with 53.8% of the vote but no lead is too safe, especially when Donald Trump and Mark Cuban can buy get votes. If you don’t vote, I think you know what happens:

It looks like the “Black President” is going to finally have a first lady, and it’s someone that would know a little something about presidential families: Jenna Bush. That’s right, Arenas is going to tie the knot with the Dubya’s daughter.
Here’s a snippet of the article from SSNN:

“We couldn’t be more pleased,” said President Bush, reacting to the announcement. “Gil is a great guy, and a leader on the court and off. He’s been wonderful to Jenna and to our family. In celebration, I’m wearing these custom-made ‘Agent Zero’ cuff links that he got me for my birthday in 2005. He’s just a class act.”

The First Lady echoed the President’s sentiments. “You know what I like about Gil?” she asked. “That he has a blog. Sometimes it gets so tough to keep in touch with your kids, and this way I’ll be able to keep tabs on them just by following his blog. Plus, I get interesting thoughts about things like shark attacks and the Portland Trailblazers. You know I was a librarian, so I love to read.”

I guess this can only mean that now Gilbert is a “nucular” powered hibachi.

Oh, and in case you couldn’t tell, this story is completely fake. It has to be, after all wouldn’t that mess up his campaign with Obama?
