We have listed some of these before on the site but the Athlon Sports Pro Basketball 2010-11 Preview has a list of “pranks” Gilbert Arenas has done in the past. Enjoy!

When Arenas was a rookie, the veterans ordered him to get some donuts with sprinkles, so he bought plain ones and dusted them with baby powder.

At a hotel on a road trip, he filled Andre Blatche’s bathtub with coffee.

One night he took a shower at half time while still in his uniform.

For good luck before a game, he tickles a teammate’s armpit.

Three years ago, he swiped rookie Nick Young’s car keys during a trip to Chicago and mailed them back to someone in D.C. with instructions to steal his car.

He once broke into a teammate’s home, heisted his new, prized Fran Tarkenton throwback jersey, unveiled it under his own shirt during a team charter flight and “accidently” soiled it with his lunch.

For the 2007 home opener pre-game introductions, he wore a satin boxing robe.

He foiled a paintball attack on his house by teammates when he saw them coming and did an end-around to their car and flattened their tires.

In college, he surreptitiously removed a player’s clothes from the bathroom he was in, locked the door to his room and set of the fire alarm.

He often swipes teammates’ cell phones and sends rude or risque to folks in the address book.

He’s been known to sneak into rookies’ lockers and cut their suits to shreds so they have to wear their uniforms home.

In 2006, he turned a water hose on Awvee Storey while he was sitting on the toilet.

You may remember awhile back that Gilbert Arenas was about to come out with a book, Score Like Agent Zero, in early February. But then Arenas got in trouble and the book suddenly became unavailable with no word on if or when it will come out again.

Meanwhile, Gilbert has already applied to change his number for next season to #6 which makes his former nickname “Agent Zero” and the book title not make as much sense.

Gilbert Arenas may not be blogging anymore but come Feb. 2010, Gilbert Arenas fans will be able talk, think, and sleep like Agent Zero. 224 pages of Gilbert’s thoughts, opinions, and stories. Check out the product description:

From Gilbert Arenas, NBA All-Star and the first player with his own blog—a no-holds-barred, all-access pass into the mind of one of today’s most intriguing and entertaining sports figures

Gilbert Arenas is one of the NBA’s most visible, popular, and talked-about players. But it wasn’t always that way. In high school and college he was told by coaches, scouts, and friends that he wasn’t good enough to play basketball at the highest level. Now, as Arenas writes his award-winning blog and posts huge stats on the floor every night of the season and postseason, he doesn’t take any of his accomplishments for granted. In fact, his jersey still bears the number “zero” to remind him of his humble origins. It’s no wonder everybody wants to be like Agent Zero. And now we can with this outrageous guide to everything Zero—and beyond.

In the vein of the New York Times bestselling titles by Charles Barkley and Dennis Rodman—and written in the style of a conversational self-help book—Score Like Agent Zero provides fans with a candid and sometimes controversial look at the world of sports and celebrity, and offers Arenas’s secrets to success, including:

• Talk Like Agent Zero—“Don’t hold anything back”
• Think Like Agent Zero—“If it’s not fun, don’t do it”
• Sleep Like Agent Zero—Refuse to rest knowing that someone, somewhere out there, could be working harder on his game

And with Arenas’s provocative views on the state of pro hoops, Score Like Agent Zero is everything basketball fans are hungry for.

This title will be released on February 9, 2010.

I’m blowin’ on flame but yours is all white
And I’ma pull up in the Bentley all white
Step up in the club with nothing but all dykes
Sippin’ on some Louis and partyin’ all night
Phony-ass people, I don’t feel they demeanor
So I hop in the rocket and go and chill over Venus
One of rap’s heroes, who came from zero
Makin’ something out of nothing, call me Gilbert Arenas

With so much free time healing from his knee injury, maybe Gilbert was stuffing the ballot boxes on his free time?
