  • Shipping is included (thanks to the Orlando Magic)
  • Living international is a-ok. He’ll ship them there too
  • The winner will have the option to have the shoes signed or not
  • You get both shoes
  • Shoes don’t come with the original box
  • There are a total of about 110 shoes (40 mystery shoes he didn’t wear)
  • If he has more than one type of shoe – he’ll donate them
  • The famous DG’s shoes worn against the Lakers were already given away to Earl Clark but he’s trying to get them back
  • The first shoe he is giving away are Air Jordan IX Premio Bin 23

So what are you waiting for? Make sure to follow @agentzeroshow, send your answers to @thesneakerchamp and win some shoes.

Gilbert Arenas Adidas TS Creator Low

Posted by gilbertology on July 30th, 2008

Is this the next signature shoe for Gilbert? The Adidas TS Creator debuted during the playoffs this year with players from the “brotherhood” wearing them but not Arenas. He chose to wear his TS Lightswitch Lows but plans to wear these this upcoming season. At least that was the plan…

Adidas Gil II Zero x SLAM

Posted by JakeTheSnake on July 9th, 2008

Just because the season is over doesn’t mean that all of Gil’s shoes are out.  SLAM Magazine unveiled their version of the Gil II Zero today.  You might remember that he’s been on the cover of SLAM before, and he helped with their NBA season previews for each division, so they’re familiar with each other.  Here’s the result of their collaboration:

Now before anyone says anything, allow SLAM to explain themselves:

Go ahead, shake your head, say the shoe doesn’t make sense, that it’s too loud, too strange, that you’ve never seen anything quite like it before.

And then remember who the shoe was made for.

From the start, Stephen and I wanted the shoe to reflect what Gilbert meant to us, as one of the most dynamic, hilarious, puzzling personalities in the NBA. And above all else, we wanted our shoe to be fun, and we tried to keep that in mind throughout the design process.

I’d say they accomplished their goal on that front.  Things get really interesting with this shoe when you look at the bottom.  It’s not your average sole:

So now when you’re blowing by people on the court, you can have Gilbert looking back at the helpless defender that’s left in your wake.  That’s pretty sweet.
