This video comes from NBA Fit, which does features on the workout regimens of different NBA Players, including Gilbert Arenas, who they focus on for the first three and a half minutes of this clip. All the footage comes from last off-season, where he was coming off of knee surgery and was still on the quest to make 100,000 shots in 73 days.
After watching that, I’m kind of scared to see what Gilbert does for a workout when he’s fully healthy. I also have a newfound respect for Gilbert’s trainer, Drew Cleary. Talk about being on call 24/7.
